3Account Registration

Each member is only allowed to register one (1) account only at pulang88. Multiple account ownership by the same individual, whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, IC numbers, or bank accounts, is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

Registration Details

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. This includes:

• Full name as stated in your MyKad or passport.
• Active Malaysia mobile number.
• An active and accessible email address.
• Valid bank account information registered in your own name.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Pulang88 conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of platform security compliance. You may be required to submit a copy of your MyKad or passport and a recent bank statement for verification purposes. The KYC process is one-time only and is typically completed within 24 working hours.

4Deposit & Payment

Pulang88 supports multiple payment methods suited for users in Malaysia, including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and GrabPay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction.
• Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your account in under 3 minutes.
• Every deposit must be made using a payment method registered under your own name.
• Pulang88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• Pulang88 reserves the right to reject deposits that are suspicious or whose source cannot be verified.

5Fund Withdrawal

6Bonus & Promotions

• Account closure request submitted by the member through customer support.

In the event of account closure at a member's request, any valid balance will be returned to the registered bank account within 3 to 5 business days after verification is complete.

11Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Processing delays caused by banks or payment providers.

In all circumstances, Pulang88's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made.

12Terms Amendment
